Please note that this meeting is for all hostesses. Even if you have hosted a Christmas table in the past your attendance is requested. In recent years I have noticed that many hostesses do not attend this meeting—especially those who have hosted in prior years. Please understand that when a Tea hostess chooses not to attend this meeting it creates additional work for the committee. Believe me, the committee has plenty of work to do. At the hostess meeting guidelines are reviewed, questions are answered, table numbers are given and linens are selected. Please clear your calendar now and plan to be at the hostess meeting.
