About the event
Hope for Nevada County is a new annual event designed to equip needy families for the school year. At the event kids/families will be given backpacks with school supplies, shoes and socks, haircuts, groceries, and more. Many churches in our community will be joining to help host this event. Calvary Bible church will provide a group of volunteers to fill grocery bags on Friday the 25th at 9:00am to noon and a group to hand out backpacks on Saturday the 26th from 8:00 to noon.
