Bible Studies

Though our all-church women's Bible Study does not meet in the summer, we have several options to help you stay connected and grow during the break. 

The options are listed below...

Discipleship

Women encouraging and teaching women to follow Christ by growing in grace and knowledge.

God Created us for relationship with Him and the Body of Believers.  We are excited to offer a variety of opportunities to engage in discipleship relationships with our sisters in Christ.

Monday Mornings  9:15-10:15

Led by Kelly Foster

Free, drop-in class.  Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Childcare is available with a rotation of participating moms.

Small Group Curriculum 

"Craving Community - How the Gospel Helps You Cultivate Faithful Fienships"

Grab some friends and set a time to get together this summer to go through this 4 week study by The Daily Grace Co.  We are happy to facilitate ordering books if that helps.  If you would like to participate in this study but don't have a group, enter your info below, if there is enough interest we are happy to create some groups.

Verse Mapping Study

Tuesday Mornings 10:45-Noon

May 19 - August 25

Led by Esther LIlly & Becky Brennan

This study follows the James Method of verse mapping and teaches how to dissect a Bible verse or passage to hear what God is teaching you through it.  Each week participants will share what they learned through the process.

This is a summer drop-in study.  Bring your Bible and a pen.

Good for an 8 week book club. Form your own or Call Tricia in the Church office to join a group.

Are you're interested in setting some time aside to meet with someone for the purpose of discipleship? Perhaps you could use some encouragement, wisdom, accountability and Bible study, or perhaps you're willing to share the same with others. Opportunities to Fellowship:

All women are invited to join us for a variety of events throughout the year!  We love to laugh, play, hike, and be creative as we grow in our relationships with Jesus and each other.  Watch this page for events and gatherings.

Some examples of things we schedule: Bunko nights, paint parties, movie nights, walking groups, widows luncheons, etc.

Women's Summer opportunities - 2026

Friday Evening April 17-Sunday Morning April 19

In a world embracing “cancel culture”, how do we remain faithful to God’s will for our relationships?

Ladies, join us for a fun weekend retreat focused on how God calls us to love one another through friendship.

Choose one of two room accommodations:

$240 - Mountain View Lodge: double or triple occupancy, hotel style rooms, linens provided

$200 - Pearl Crose Lodge or Manor House: bunk beds with 4-8 people per room.  Common bathrooms, provide your own linens.

** Cost includes all meals.  Most dietary restrictions accommodated upon request when registering

Women's Ministries Opportunities to Serve

This ministry is to help young families with needs that arise when a new baby joins the family.

This is separate from taking meals and might include some light housework, watching the baby while mom naps, or helping with the other children.

If you are a “knitter” or a “crochet-er” and would like to make caps that will be sent to missionaries in the field that they will distribute to home they are ministering.

This fun and wonderful group of ladies meet the 2nd Thursday of each month in the CBC choir room from 10 am - 2 pm

They take a break for the summer and will start meeting again on September 8th
