Memorial Service for Alvin Urke

Alvin Urke will be missed by us all.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather to his family, wife Margaret, son Doug, daughter Laury, grandchildren Jared, Justin, Alexis, Andrew, Samuel and great grandchildren Irie, Joseph, Collyns and Berkely.  He will also be missed by our Calvary Bible Church family.  Alvin was a mentor to many, a close friend, wise counselor, elder, deacon, and project manager for numerous Calvary renovations and construction projects.  What will we do without him?

His life was patterned on his favorite passage in the Bible--Psalm 112 which gives the characteristics of a righteous man.  He did his best to live up to this passage and will be honored for all the value he added to our lives and the honor he gave to our God through his life work and actions.
