About the event
Speaker Bio: Scott Englund is an Oroville native and a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University. He worked in the financial world for many years before moving his family to Peru as missionaries for over ten years where among other things he ran a cafe and a motorcycle tour company that funded children’s programs around the city of Cuzco. He’s also an award winning filmmaker for his documentary “Never Ride Alone” Scott is an all around adventurer who’s energy and zest for life is contagious. In 2018 The England family moved back to Northern California and now reside in Quincy California where Scott works as a firefighter and trail builder for the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship.
